For Philadelphia, we created Njut – a tri-annual publication reaching 12,000 food professionals across Sweden. Each issue is built around seasonal themes, turning Philadelphia from an ingredient into the hero of the kitchen. We handle everything: concept, editorial direction, chef interviews, recipe development, food styling and photography. The result feels more like a trusted industry magazine than branded content – and that’s exactly the point.
