Club kiosks across Sweden – selling coffee, hot dogs and candy – represent a meaningful share of grassroots football revenue. Most clubs manage purchasing, operations and planning on their own, with limited resources and no shared infrastructure.
Svenska Fotbollförbundet and Gevalia joined forces to launch Föreningshjälpen: a programme designed to help clubs double their kiosk sales. We shaped the initiative concept and brought it to market – with campaign assets, a dedicated website, and direct email outreach to 100 pilot clubs.
